SMS Terms of Service
Gold Standard Home Services LLC ("we," "our," or "us") offers a mobile messaging program (the "Program"), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy (the "Agreement"). By opting in to or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Consent to Receive Messages
By opting into the Program, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text (e.g., SMS and MMS) messages from Gold Standard Home Services LLC, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Messages may include project updates, appointment reminders, promotional offers, and service announcements.
- Message frequency will vary depending on your interactions with us and your active projects.
Opting Out
You may opt out of the Program at any time. To stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message you receive from us.
After texting STOP to us, you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed. You acknowledge that our text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include the STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE keyword commands and agree that Gold Standard Home Services LLC and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests.

Carrier Disclaimer
The Program involves standard text messaging. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected messages, including (but not limited to) undelivered messages resulting from any form of filtering by your mobile carrier or service provider.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You are solely responsible for any such charges related to your participation in the Program. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. We will only use the information you provide to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you, if necessary. This includes sharing information with our message routing providers. We will not share or use your mobile number for any other purpose.
